Founded by Carrie Hill, Founder of CHill Consulting Agency™ and host of the ReFind Resilience™ Podcast, CEO by Design™ grew out of years of relationship-building—one meaningful conversation, introduction, and admired leader at a time. Through her work in public relations, community building, and podcasting, Carrie has had the privilege of hosting and working alongside incredible humans whose resilience, humility, and integrity have deeply shaped her view of leadership. CEO by Design™ expanded through a partnership with Julie Janke, a seasoned media and community leader with more than two decades of experience in storytelling and local engagement. Julie is the Owner and Publisher of Millcreek City Lifestyle Magazine, a trusted community media platform that highlights the people, businesses, and stories shaping Millcreek and the surrounding region. Her work in elevating local voices and creating meaningful connection brings depth, reach, and intentionality to the CEO by Design™ experience.
